These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and pk68vip ("Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the pk68vip website and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, esports betting, poker, ludo games, card games, fishing games and the Aviator game.

pk68vip accepts deposits through the following methods:
All payment methods must be registered in your own name. pk68vip does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account that does not belong to the registered account holder will be returned and may trigger an account review.
The minimum deposit at pk68vip is Rs 200. There is no upper limit on deposits from verified accounts, though individual payment method maximums may apply based on the limits of the payment provider.
Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your pk68vip account in real time. Bank IBFT deposits are credited within one business hour of confirmation from the bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits are credited within a few minutes subject to card issuer processing. pk68vip does not charge fees on deposits through standard methods.
If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your pk68vip balance within the stated processing window, contact support with your transaction reference number. We will investigate and credit confirmed deposits within 24 hours of receiving the reference details.
Withdrawals at pk68vip are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, bank IBFT transfer will be used as an alternative subject to verification.
Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within an average of 5 minutes of request submission for verified accounts. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within one business day. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the card issuer. All processing times are targets and may be longer during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.
To be eligible for withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. You must have wagered the deposited amount at least once through a real-money game before withdrawing (this does not apply to bonus funds, which are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 8). Withdrawal requests made before account verification is complete will be held pending verification.

A bet placed on pk68vip is accepted when the platform displays a confirmation screen showing your bet reference number, selection, odds and stake. Until that confirmation is displayed, no bet has been placed. It is your responsibility to verify the confirmation before closing the page or app.
Minimum bet across all categories at pk68vip is Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by market, game type and account status. Maximum return limits apply per event. These limits are displayed in the betslip before you confirm any bet. pk68vip reserves the right to adjust individual account betting limits based on betting patterns.
In the event that odds are published at an obviously incorrect level due to a technical error, system fault or human error, pk68vip reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds. "Obvious error" means odds that are materially out of line with the true market value at the time the bet was placed. We will notify affected players and return stakes promptly when this occurs.
If a sporting or esports event is cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed by more than 24 hours from its original scheduled start time, bets are also voided unless pk68vip specifically states otherwise for that event. If a match starts but is abandoned before a result can be determined, specific settlement rules apply based on how much of the event was completed. These rules are published in the individual sport/game rules sections.
Sports and esports bets at pk68vip are settled within minutes of the official result being confirmed by the relevant governing body. Casino and table games settle immediately on completion of the game round. Ludo, fishing games and Aviator game rounds settle in real time. If settlement is delayed for any reason, the delay will not affect the validity of your bet or your entitlement to the correct payout.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly on pk68vip, you must raise the dispute within 72 hours of settlement by contacting our support team with the bet reference number and a description of the issue. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. pk68vip's decision on settlement disputes, after investigation, is final.
All bonuses and promotions offered by pk68vip are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. These general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
Bonus funds credited to your pk68vip account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn but can be used for gameplay. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance and are also subject to the wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.
Bonus funds and associated free bets that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your pk68vip account automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each individual promotion. pk68vip does not reinstate expired bonuses.
pk68vip actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times, using multiple accounts to claim a single player promotion, placing opposing bets across accounts to lock in a bonus, or any systematic exploitation of the promotional structure. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses removed, wins derived from those bonuses forfeited, and may be subject to account closure.

The pk68vip brand, logo and associated marks are protected. Use of these marks in any context outside of identifying the platform in personal communications is prohibited without explicit authorisation.

pk68vip provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. In no event shall pk68vip's liability to you for any cause exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
